- Records minutes for all meetings
- Maintains corporate records, bylaws, policies and official documents (provided by Executive Director).
- Ensures all board actions and votes are properly documented.
- Oversees compliance fillings.
- Manages board calendar and meeting notices.
- Acts as liaison between board, committees, and Directors.
- Qualifications: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in accurate reporting.
Treasurer
Financial Director
Overseas the financial health, accountability, and stability of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Works with President to prepare the annual budget.
- Review monthly financial statements and presents summaries to the board.
- Ensures adherence to financial policies and internal controls.
- Oversees annual tax filings, audits, or financial reviews.
- Advises on risk management and reserve planning.
- Qualifications: Accounting, finance, payroll, or budgeting experience preferred.
Case Advocate
Program Director
Provides oversight and expertise for service delivery and program impact.
Responsibilities
- Advises staff on trauma-informed practices and program quality.
- Reviews program data, outcomes, and client safety metrics.
- Supports the development of new services (hotline, case management, etc.).
- Helps recruit, train, and retain volunteers.
- Background in social work, advocacy, counseling, or domestic violence services.
Fundraising/Development Lead
Marketing Director
Strengthens revenue generation and donor engagement. Builds partnerships and visibility in the community.
Responsibilities
- Helps create annual fundraising plan with staff.
- Supports donor outreach, campaigns, grant applications, and events.
- Brings connections to potential funders or community partners.
- Supports social media and outreach campaigns.
- Helps create partnerships with shelters, law enforcement, schools, etc
- Fundraising, event planning, marketing, or nonprofit development experience.
